Refund policy

We want you to love your Forney Slides! While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes you may need a different size.

 

No refunds. All Sales are final. Size exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Slides must be unworn, unused, and in original condition/packaging. Exchanges are subject to size availability. Customer pays return shipping for online orders unless the item was defective or they received the wrong size due to shipper error. Defective or incorrect merchandise should be reported within 3 days. Slides showing wear, dirt, scuffs, odors, or damaged packaging cannot be exchanged.
